What can a patient expect when they have you as a doctor?

Patients can expect a primary care physician who is uncompromising in providing the best care possible by getting to know each patient as a unique individual, spending the time needed to evaluate and treat each problem and concern, and following up once care plans are in place to ensure resolution of problems and concerns.

What is the most important factor in a doctor patient relationship and why?

Trust is the most important factor. A doctor must trust a patient to comply with care plans as much as a patient must trust a doctor's skills in order to achieve success.

What hobbies or activities do you enjoy when you're not working?

Spending time with my family, reading, and making excursion along the Wolf River Greenway

What about your line of work do you find the most rewarding and why?

Every patient is unique in her/his need and response to care. It is most rewarding to work and learn with my patients and families to find an individualized approach that works best for each. I am inspired and rewarded daily by the smiles of children, their strength, courage, and resilience.
