Virtual Care
To ensure that you have access to your physician or care team, Baptist Medical Group offers a variety of telehealth options. It’s called virtual care, and it’s available with your provider and covered by insurance.
MyChart’s Video Visit feature allows you to see and speak with your doctor on your phone, tablet or computer. Just like an office visit, a Video Visit allows you to see and hear your doctor or a nurse practitioner; show just where it hurts; and get a diagnosis and a prescription, if necessary, from the comfort of your home, office or wherever you are.
E-visits allow you to exchange private, direct messages with your doctor or clinic. You can discuss your medical issues or symptoms, receive a diagnosis and get a prescription without having to go to the doctor’s office.

Baptist OneCare MyChart
Our outpatient clinics and services treat patients across the Mid-South in both rural and urban communities with our primary emphasis on delivering high-quality, convenient care.
Because patient convenience is such a big part of our approach, we want to make sure you have all of the information you need. Baptist OneCare MyChart, the patient portal part of our electronic health records system, allows our patients the ability to manage their own care from any device including desk top, tablets or handheld mobile devices. Signing up for MyChart allows you to chat with your doctor, schedule appointments, manage medications, access lab results and more.
